The Most Fertile Man In Ireland

synopsis

Nerdy Eamonn is 24, lives with his Ma and works at a Belfast dating agency called Amore: Your Love Is Our Affair. Unfortunately, Eamonn (Marshall) is hopeless at finding the perfect match for himself and spends lonely nights dreaming of superhero adventures and a girl he's too scared to approach. But after a chance encounter with local good-time girl Mary (O'Neill), Eamonn discovers he's got the highest sperm count in Ireland and his output could boost the nation's plummeting Catholic male fertility rate. So, Eamonn sets up a unique one-man service and plucks up the courage to date dream-girl Rosie (Clarke), who's unaware of his hidden talent as a Lothario. Meanwhile, Protestant hardman Mad Dog Billy Wilson (Nesbitt, of Cold Feet) is outraged that Eamonn might be increasing the number of Catholics in the city, and sets out to snip him - one way or another. The Most Fertile is irreverent, politically incorrect hilarious comedy that's more eggs than ego.
