From writer-director Anthony Minghella, Truly Madly Deeply is a wonderful romantic comedy that sparkles with supernatural charm. Ever since her lover Jamie (Alan Rickman) died, Nina (Juliet Stevenson) has longed for him to be back in her life. Thought of as a romantic movie - i believe it is more a study of grieving for a husband who dies unexpectedly. Delightful use of ghostly presence. The movie introduced me to Cello and that I preferred this instrument to guitar.
