Great adaptation

I was not very enthusiatic about seeing this movie as I could not believe it could do justice to the magnificent book by Ian McEwan. How wrong I was. I was immediately caught up in this movie's beauty (visually) and its trueness to the original. Extremely well acted, even though I am not usually a Keira Knightly fan. This heartrenching tale has been incredibly well adapted to screen.

Never expected much of this movie, but I can honestly say it is a masterpiece. Great cinematography. Love the way the director made this movie. A real treat.
