The final part of the acclaimed Hong Kong cop thriller, featuring Andy Lau and Tony Leung. Having been cleared of undercover cop Yan’s death, triad mole Inspector Ming decides to become a cop for good. However trouble begins when another mole shoots himself dead in front on his ex-boss. He’s connected to mainland boss Shen, who was an informant for Yan’s former mentor, Sam. Moving the action between the previous two films, directors Andrew Lau and Alan Mak twist greater depth and complexity into this action-led drama, bringing it full circle as it ends when the first film begins.
